Queensborough is a hamlet in the municipality of Tweed, in Hastings County, in eastern Ontario, Canada. It is located north of Highway 7 on the Black River, about 20 km north-west of the town of Tweed and 15 km north-east of the town of Madoc. It was part of Elzevir Township before the creation of the amalgamated municipality of Tweed on January 1, 1998. The hamlet includes a community centre and a United Church.
